If you’re not happy with our e-liquids we’ll exchange them for free!

We make all our e-liquids ourselves and we work hard to create exclusive flavours and vaping experiences that are new and exciting for all our customers. We also realise that what works for some people may not work for everyone: we’re all unique after all.

Our number one priority is your vaping satisfaction. We stand by our products 100% but if you have a problem, we’ll solve it. If you’re not satisfied, we’re not satisfied – that’s why we’ll give you a free replacement juice*.

Changed your mind? Not quite your flavour? It doesn’t matter why you don’t like it, if you want to return something then we’ll happily exchange it. No ifs, no buts, no questions asked. We’ll even pay the return postage and provide the return address label.

There’s just a couple of things we need you to take note of – not very onerous or complicated things but they will help us get your replacement organised:-

  • Free exchanges only apply to products marked with the DSG logo* [logo]
  • You return the product within 14 days
  • You’ve only taken one 2ml tank from the bottle
  • You tell us why you’re sending the product back (we’ll use your feedback to improve our products)

See? We’re all for keeping life as simple as possible and we don’t like lots of tedious “Terms and Conditions” either.

Here’s what you need to do to request your free exchange:-

  1. Fill out the returns section on the dispatch note supplied with your original order
  2. Pack the juice back in the jiffy back it came in (or another padded envelope you have to hand – we need to keep the goods in one piece)
  3. Put the filled-out dispatch note in with the juice
  4. Stick the pre-paid returns label to the outside of the jiffy bag and seal it
  5. Drop it into any post box
  6. That’s it!

Once we’ve got the returned goods we’ll hopefully send you the replacement juice within one working day (if it’s in stock). You’ll notice that your replacement won’t have a returns label, otherwise we could get into a Groundhog Day situation where we keep sending you juice and you keep returning it. But if on the off chance you don’t like the replacement either, get in touch and one of or mixologists will be able to guide you to something you’ll enjoy.
